If you can come up with something that is catchy, memorable and available that is the ideal. That is easier said than done. With the domain market the way it is, you do the best you can. All of your proposals sound like suitable domains

From a guy's perspective, alerting them to a match means "We've got a near guarantee of repeated sex with someone you find attractive". Most guys would pay more than 5 bucks for that but $5 is a fair starting number.
