Even though that’s very impressive I can’t help but think that the end result would look so much better if she used a more reasonable tool to do it.

The problem with social media isn't that we aren't sure how much privacy we want to have or how long the things we say should stick around. The problem is that social media is a gamification of social interaction, and it causes us

I remember the first few years of facebook (back when you had to have a university email address to sign up) and I genuinely think it was a positive, value-added-to-the-world kind of experience. I had good friends on there and we would shar

One of the reasons I switched out of Dropbox was because they got rid of the version history feature, which I only learned about after desperately trying to recover an old file. I think now they give you 120 days of version history, but onl

I’m not saying that wouldn’t happen, but we need to get away from the idea that non-professionals shouldn’t have access to their own medical information. More education and empowerment is the answer, not less.

Fins provide drag which moves the center of drag behind the center of gravity. I guess they could provide lift to spin the rocket, but I don't think I've ever seen that on a model that works that way.

I also have a 1700 and with a $100 closed loop liquid cooler was able to clock it up to 4ghz without any trouble at all. Obviously it draws more power that way but it's nice to know the option is there if you ever want more out of it.

I think that's still an open problem. You could render a few random tiles from a few frames to build some confidence in the result. You could also build a reputation system, also running on ethereum, to establish who is trustworthy.

There's one point in particular that took me a while to grasp: while you can write code that runs on the Ethereum network, every single node has to process that code. So if, for example, you had a big 3d animation sequence that you wan
