Amazing to see this on the front page multiple times and reposted every 20 minutes, each time as the highest performer on new. I've never seen such story velocity before.

The pixels really disappoint here: - Originally, you had unlimited storage for life (leading to a brisk trade in Pixel 1s even today, putting new pics on them for permanent back up). - Then unlimited storage at somewhat reduced quality - Af

What is Sam's actual value re: AI and not just as a CEO/salesman-evangelist to get funding, which Microsoft doesn't need? Is he particularly apt at leading/managing research teams? OpenAI's slow productization doesn

No, it isn't necessary. Most go projects implement error handling functions, so you only have single error lines: Handle(err)

This seems strange for me, though everyone jumps on this. Most Go projects will use something like: Handle(err) which may take a line, but isn't the 3 lines everyone refers to, and often has a lot of extra logic.

I've seen this design style before. I'm hoping there's an existing model to work from, e.g. how Tufte css spawned many individual layouts but instead inspired by a terminal.

That's how we get locked in to that model e.g. how processors became optimized for LLVM/the C ecosystem (whereas in the past there were Lisp optimized processors, general processors etc.)
