I guess you're trolling, but anyway. All politics aside, the people in NK are hungry. Hungry as in "I don't have anything to eat". There's no doubt about the fact that the Western World managed to get this right.

I just sent out an invitation for a Christmas-themed dinner to a bunch of friends via email. What's wrong about it? Or surprising? How would you let 9 people know when they're expected to show up? Call each one individually just to say next

To be honest: I'm a "self-repsecting techie" and I won't spent time on "my printer's not working again" if I can avoid it.

I watch 33,000 of the world's best users and if they aren't using your app I probably will delete it after a few days and forget it Laughable. The world's best users. How do you qualify for that? By adding Scoble to your Facebook graph?

You don't need to look at the specs , because you see that when you're looking at a device. Just like you don't need to know the size of the hammer -- you see it. I guess that's what the grandparent tried to say.

From the original question: Given that programming is generally more difficult […] IMHO, one can stop reading at this point because an argument based on a flawed assumption is, well, flawed.

I'm not sure. It's an impressive, yes. But I doubt that I'd want my (young) children to own a mobilephone that's worth $$$.

Moreover, there is no mainstream socialist movement in the US. Merely calling Obama a socialist does not make it true.

At first glance, the difference "get help" vs "get support" is very confusing.

Yeah, just like the OP asks "Why should I sign this?". Why don't you just ask the HR person that question? "Why should I want to sign this? What's in it for me?"

Why don't you just buy a new car stereo? The last one I bought was less than €100 and features a line-in, USB and Bluetooth.
