That is the figure of your mix and your provider. Terna provides data for all Italy. My provider, Dolomiti, is 100% renewable (hydro, in this case).

The percentage of electricity produced with gas in Italy is ~63/64% (Terna data, 2022). The other obvious solution would be to place a bunch of solar (PV) panels on the roof. These are 50% deducible in your taxes in the next 10 years.
