To me it feels more like a boardgame rulebook than "software".

Yes, of course, it's just a conversation model. It can't really understand the game logic, in the "human" sense.

Yes it's really impressive. I've noticed that it stays more consistent if I ask it to automatically print the player's inventory on every command. I'm working on improving the prompt.

Mis-clicks can be handled with an "undo" function. I like to have the "undo" option available until my turn ends. But imho the system should allow only available and permitted moves at each turn.

Nice project, but I prefer to interact with boardgames using simple 2d interfaces and (most important) rules-enforcing.

Tiger rendering issue: https://imgur.com/a/huaKQgk Your effort to create a lightweight vector file format with these features is really appreciable, even if it can never replace SVG for the more general use case. Any

1830 as many other 18xx series games. They are boardgames, but there exist an ancient msDos version of 1830, playable with dosbox. Really deep brain burner!

10 years later, I wrote a fractal zoomer in asm, it was 399bytes, with a nice color palette. https://www.pouet.net/prod.php?which=24447

The name is AmanithVG and it is an implementation of OpenVG (a standard API for 2D vector graphics from Khronos group).

You can look at software rasterization from good opensource libs: Freetype, Agg, Cairo.

I've already implemented an SVG renderer at https://www.amanithsvg.com based on our openvg engine with software rasterization https://www.amanithvg.com Both are closed source, but there are evaluation version av

Fast and robust polygon triangulation was the hardest challenge in the period when we developed the OpenGL version of our 2D vector graphics engine (www.amanithvg.com), it was in the early 2000. I clearly remember all such research papers.

Blend2D isn't a SVG rendering engine; maybe a SVG rendering engine can be built on top of Blend2D. But anyway SVG specifications are a hell (and these include a lot of features that are not related to the pure rendering). How do i know

I was wondering why not use SVG (or any other vector file format) files and render all the graphic on the device, instead of including tons of PNG at various resolutions.

It would be cool to see the Adobe Flash 2D vector graphics engine opensourced, to perform comparisons with similar engine all around: Agg, AmanithVG, Blend2d, Cairo, NanoVg, Skia, ...

In the past I wrote a cross-platform (it supports iOS, Android, and more esotic platforms, like QNX, even on exotic architectures like MIPS) 2D vector graphics rendering engine that implements the Khronos OpenVG 1.1 API (that includes text
