   Yeah. As much as originalism can impede progress and reform in certain ways, so can generous interpretation. I don't want an Alito or an RBG - Kagan's just fine.

   Probably the most realistic choice. She's backed by the Federalist Society, rather than Tom Cotton and Ted Cruz. Plus, she's a woman. She'll get branded as the 'RBG of the right'
