The only issue with red meat would be the carcinogens that come from burning or charring. Saturated fat isn't the evil the FDA once thought it was. There are also a ton of studies that suggest that one of the leading indicators for wel

Or just start off with a proper number of days. Two weeks seems so short, especially if you get sick. 15 days total seems about right.

Same thing happens to me. Then a few years ago, I started doing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, which sort of tapped into the same challenge/logic pathways. But BJJ is a physical activity, so that helps justify the obsession.

Maybe they forgot a keyword? It certainly isn't the sole cause of global warming/climate change, but it is real. CO2 in the atmosphere--what's historically known as the greenhouse effect--leads to earth's warming. CO2

I feel like you should have your own datacenter if you want to run a business like this. AWS is very expensive (but appropriate for many) and not intended for VDI.

Stats would be interesting. I rarely see injuries in BJJ, whether that's at the gym or at a tournament. Even then, it's most commonly due to an overextended armbar and someone not tapping soon enough. You also don't spend a l

Having experience in both, there are far fewer injuries in BJJ than Judo. While BJJ does practice takedowns, it is not the primary focus of the sport, where Judo always starts standing. You rarely, if ever, get injured from a joint lock, ev
