Don't see anywhere in the article that this was _responsibly_ disclosed to automakers. They're literally publishing how to kill people on the road for the sake of making a buck (company seems to peddling spoof resistant GNSS).

Get Cloudflare and aggressively cache your data. I've seem them eat dozens of TBs of data on the free plan without complaining that you're using too much bandwidth on a free plan.

If you obfuscate it it will run even slower, and it wouldn't be hard to detect the code heuristically and kill it. And in case it does become really hard, you can just kill the network requests so whoever is mining on your PC doesn
