There's an unofficial Netflix add-on, but I just set up a Plex server and use PlexKodiConnect (PKC) Kodi add-on.

There's an unofficial Netflix add-on for Kodi. LibreELEC makes it simple to run Kodi on a RPi. I just set up a Plex server and use Kodi on a RPi with the PlexKodiConnect (PKC) add-on.

I recently set up a Plex server and use Kodi on a RPi with the PlexKodiConnect (PKC) add-on. Very easy to set up, and no issues so far.

I use a small moleskin pocket ("cashiers"?) journal and Zebra F-402 pen. It's not obnoxious to pull out and jot something down as it would be to take out a digital device would be. I have a record that's easy to look th

I trust the government (U.S.) more than I trust the companies. In the U.S., companies seem to have more influence on people's everyday lives than government.

People don't know how to recognize privacy as a class indicator. If I pay cash for something, or use my non-gmail address, people don't understand it's because I value privacy, but just that I'm "weird".

"Almost every employee" could just mean 1 of 2 which is not a big deal, or 99 of 100 which is a big deal.

So that was written 4 years before the dot-com bubble, so the crypto bubble will pop in another... 2 years? Or will it be sooner since we live in the age of information?

Hopefully my kid(s) will be the one to convince their friends to use better communication apps. Perhaps when the kids are younger before they get phones, I can convince their friends' parents to use the better platforms.

Because HN's mobile UI is already great. Unlike other websites, HN's mobile UI has all of the same features as the desktop UI. I don't know what problem an app would solve in this case.

I think the title isn't that good, but it makes some good points: Don't ask if they care about something or if/what they'll pay - Ask if they are already spending time or money on solving the problem.
