Fixed - not quite, but yes, they no longer are using the winternitz one time signatures, and have deprecated the use of trinary compute logic.

Going along with the other reply to this comment, there are a select few individuals who can handle low/medium doses of sativa strains and be shockingly productive. I use it for focusing on purely creative works, but I definitely can’t

That’s the real point. For the author, me, or you to claim what most tech people think is ridiculous.

Tether is an application, not a core technology. Stablecoins would fit that quote. Tethers management is the problem - obfuscation and using other crypto as collateral instead of just USD.

I disagree with the characterization that the primary use is a scam. That’s like saying the primary use of email is to receive ads and phishing mail.

Being a video streaming alternative seems antithetical to the whole code repository thing. Smart thing to do would be to take a vertical chunk of hacker/dev/bug fix content that youtube has neglected over the years.

But that doesn’t mean all of those validators will be in the same voting committee, or that any of them will be selected to propose a new block. Many of you in this thread need to read up on how the staking is designed to work.

In the future I think smart contracts will be standardized - these kinds of things won’t happen unless you’re trying something new. If that’s the case there will probably be services/testnets to properly vet it before launching on a ma
