I think it's a valid criticism. Even with a lot of stuff built in, it's not very accessible and it's a chore to setup some things that could be just a checkbox or something.

Instead of crates, there are now blueprints. And instead of keys, there's credit to unlock the item of the blueprint. And instead of item drops, there are blueprints. There are still lootboxes, but these can be obtained only in events
