Are Minecraft servers with a massive number of players something common or really not something the average player cares to participate in? I used to run my own Ultima Online server with an emulator called RunUO about 15 years ago. The sam

Hmm I do appreciate the complexity involved in implementing a max number of hours per day you can grow a star. But I think it may be worth it. The more you clamp down on ways to exploit the system the more player's will respect their a

Game dev here. Should you include some sort of maximum amount of sleep per day to prevent people from setting alarms to grow their stars when they aren't sleeping?

Sometimes I think life is just one big joke and that I'm going to wake up in a lab with technicians around me laughing "He really believed yellow labradors evolved from wolves! How gullible!"

I owe the first ever program I wrote to the AOL Warez Scene. Still remember the day I stood in the software section of Barnes and Nobles to buy 'Visual Basic Professional 3.0 Programming'. I was trying to add startup music to the

Would love to see Amazon make an integration for Unreal Engine 4 or their Lumberyard video game engine so a game developer can easily import detailed swaths of the earth.

Huge fan of John Carmack! These quotes from the keynote really stand out to me: "If you think you've got that new killer app by all means go ahead and work on it but otherwise you can always spend time improving the existing appli
