There were a few confusing bits to this article including the fact that the preamble shows different specs than the graphs and tables in the actual benchmarks. There is also mismatched labels on the axes sometimes they are per machine and s

Thanks for sharing! I like that ic includes a hook for logging, which I think is an advantage over calling print directly. I realize for a lot of examples, they’re quick and dirty but I almost always end up setting up a logger with an stder

I’m a big fan of reveal.js via reveal-md: https://github.com/webpro/reveal-md . Makes it very easy to quickly create good looking slides without clicking around GUIs.

Just a heads up to anyone who hasn’t looked recently: pipenv has been very actively worked on since earlier this year and has had four updates that fix a lot of issues. Earlier this year I would have said Poetry is better hands down, but af

I’m with the parent here, neither of these links explains what this means for me. I don’t understand what advantages this offers, or how it improves current or future workflows. Further, it doesn’t explain the deprecations well so I don’t h

I have two Roku devices, never been particularly enthused with the response times using the remotes: they've both had issues recognizing signals and screens take a while to load. However, I do like that I can turn my TV on from my phon

Could you explain this a bit more? I'm not sure what `ssh myserver tic -x -o \~/.terminfo /dev/stdin` is trying to do nor that it's correct as you typed it. Should `tic` be `-tic`?

I highly recommend Fork which is both windows and Ma; https://git-fork.com/ . It is a native app, great interface and makes a lot of git features easier to use for me.

I'm also a macOS Kitty user. The config did take a minute to get used to, but the docs are pretty clear and it's really nice to be able to add the config to your dotfiles repo and have it available on all machines. My favorite fea

Apple has something like this for their new iOS device setup. I don’t think it’s to encode larger amounts of data, but for security they have this circle that constantly changes shape (see around 0:50 in this video for a demo: https:/
