   I've seen different results than the author. Had it since it was in beta and learned that it needs better prompts to generate better images. As someone on their Discord said "prompt writing is a craft you need to learn".

   wow, health informatics. I'm a biomedical engineer who worked as a BA for EMRs and now as a QA with healthcare apps. I never really found someone else on HN to relate to until now. Or who did a MSC in Health Informatics.

   the efficiency is relative; you would have a pile of defects to deal with when the dev team comes back. also it's not equitable. as qa, I've experienced this. those bugs just get thrown in the backlog and the technical debt grows
