I see. Thanks for the clarification. The 29€ monthly subscription in Berlin is more affordable than one would think from the first post. I get the point of the single ticket you made (I actually lived in Germany for 10 years) but I thought

I dont know which country it is, but do people buy single tickets? Isnt there a more economic 10 ticket card or monthly etc? I never saw a country where only single tickets are available. It might make the price comparison more representati

This is interesting exactly because making everything come from the server (like htmx) saves oneself from having to do another frontend, but it has a disadvantage: it does not work offline. While many traditional SPA fail miserably at work

Berlin reverted the rent freeze later because it was deemed unconstitutional. Many people had to pay back the money they "saved". Without entering in the other discussion the Berlin case was not a success.

IMO the most common reason why something is presented in a more complex way is that it is badly explained. Of course, most common or not, each case is different.

I thought this too, but it seems that is not the case. I could not remember the reason I saw why so I googled it (AI excerpt). Large Language Models (LLMs) are not perfectly deterministic even with temperature set to zero , due to factors l

I think it is more intuitive if we think of side-effects. By specifying the interface you are explicitly defining inputs and outputs. If you want to add this later, it can be very difficult to make sure you can find all the side-effects. Th

If the median has half the users over it and half under it, wouldn’t writing for most of your readers be very close to writing for the median? If we are aiming for 51% (most readers). Most readers is somewhere between 50% and under 100%. I

Any c+e/i (cena, cine) or z+a/o/u (zarza, zorro, zurrar) is a good heuristic. c+a/o/u sounds like k (casa, cosa, cuchara) and z+e/i does not exist.
