I think we will see more attendants than truck drivers now, because without truck drivers, trucks are cheaper, and we will want more trucks. Probably smaller trucks too. I don’t have strong opinions on the ratio of attendants to trucks. You

1. Is completely wrong. We have vastly grown the bottom end of the skills market by automating jobs to levels so simple that anyone can do it. They are bad jobs. But there are many of them. The problem is that we have people with normal IQs

That’s not really what happens though. Truck drivers don’t disappear. They just become “truck driver attendants” who serve only to attend to occasional human requiring edge cases. They don’t require a commercial driver license and they pay

You’re not interacting with the raw model. You’re interacting with a service that has intentionally designed it to work that way.

Such a metric is clearly useless if you cannot tell otherwise. I am very frustrated by the way this article repeatedly asks chatgpt to guess if something is a bot, gets told “well, we can’t know for sure but this is at least the sign of a c

You’re an old fuddy duddy. There’s a lot of interesting stuff going on. But I think the hyper pop segment led by 100 gecs is the most interesting of it all if you want to take a look at what the kids are doing.

I don’t know what that means. This is what GPT says. Is it correct? > the cron expression "0 30 5 * * 3" means that the job will run at 5:30 AM on the 5th day of every month and on Wednesdays.

I was on a Japan Air flight about 10 years ago that had Street Fighter 2. It was on a crappy remote controller with vaguely SNES colored buttons. It was alright but your finger would inevitably slip and hit a game exiting button by mistake.

And I’m yawning because getting an LDM to construct explicit ontologies and then evaluate text against them seems trivial given it can code. It seems doubtful that such a hurdle will remain unsolved for more than a year. Like I said, you co

LLM stands for Large Language model. Not Language Learning Model. It absolutely categorizes those patterns as you can ask it for descriptions of things or request things via descriptions. It does identify the importance to humans. Because a

The economics are absolutely an important part. Your school is very cheap. That’s nice. But you may well feel differently if you school had been 100x more expensive. Which is not a hyperbolic example.
