I've been trying it throughout the day and so far I find the way of doing things better than Vue. I'll see if I can sort a binding issue that was causing me a bit of complexity in Vue. So far, it looks like it would make solving t

I've been using Vue for a while because it's possible to get things up and running, even .Vue templates, without having to use npm tool chains. Just linking the Vue and other source files. But, I really like the speed and user exp

I definitely recommend Vitamin D as well. It's one of the only supplements that I use.

I used to get sinus infections yearly and get antibiotics. I changed one thing: I stopped blowing my nose. That forces the infection deeper into your sinuses and Eustachian tubes.

Personally I hate treadmill walking or running. Anything outside is better. I've had a weightlifting habit for many years and I always look forward to it. Either increasing weights or reps or improving a movement is always enjoyable. A

I really like programming in Rust, when I do. Got as far as playing around with a web site that used Rustler NIFs on a Phoenix website. Why? It was just fun to figure out how to get something from the web frontend through Elixir and into

There have been many instances of tech like this going through the same cycle where they copy tech after some period of cooperation. A lot of the execs in various companies downplay this concern, say "it's not going to happen this

I knew some people who worked near this specialty in aerospace. From what I remember, it's highly guarded and sensitive due to the rarity of skills and knowledge required. The problem is highly nonlinear from both an aerodynamics and s

I've seen this play out in some heavily funded (mechanical engineering) organizations as well. Some are incredibly top-heavy, with decisions being flipped from the experts to the administrative staff who have at most 3-5 years of exper

Off topic, but if you're interested in fluid simulations and want to learn more about how they are actually made, John D Anderson's book on Computational Fluid Dynamics is worth working through. It's been quite some time but

I took a brief look and these planes are unpressurized. This is opposite of the typical cargo planes, which often are older passenger planes or derived types that still have cabin pressurization. It depends on what you're delivering. F

Yes, from everything that I've researched about this (not working in this industry anymore), MCAS was to adjust the feel of the controls when at the edge of the flight envelope. The plane, during normal flight, would behave very simila

I'm not able to find much on this reactor. It's quite small (which is a good thing for expediency and cost of getting a new design running). It looks like they just recently got a site permit: https://morningconsult.com

Correct The major concerns seem to be hijacking/piracy, clearance to dock at ports, and the general umbrella of proliferation concerns. They don't want people taking these and using the material for bad things. If there was a way

Lead has some nice benefits: Provides shielding or reflection (depends on the reactor spectrum) High boiling point Doesn't have the same chemical reactivity as other liquid metals like sodium or NaK But, it needs to be balanced with th
