The above added costs as well as the challenge of getting it to refineries. Lack of pipeline capacity to the coast (particularly Texas) is a big factor too.

Its partially there. C and D are still not in the global tables according to routeviews ie. 185.89.219.12 is still not being advertised to anyone. My peers to them in Toronto have routes from them, but not sure how far they are supposed to

I am in the same boat with glasses. In the winter, I use some decent quality medical tape across the top of the mask to prevent fogging. The 3M medical paper tape works really well and is not too sticky and doesnt irritate my skin.

Not sure. It might be younger people are more likely to take stronger positions so that they go out and protest? If you use voter participation as a proxy for moral engagement, kids as a whole dont seem to care as much as older people. ht
