Raise your operating temperature by a degree or two and reduce cost of air conditioning. There's a wealth of things you can do. Would be interested in novel ideas aswell so hopefully lots of responses to this post!

Earlier in my career I concentrated learning how to construct software irrespective of language. I remember a good book I read probably 10 years ago, called "Code Complete". Its still on my shelf. I also don't recommend copying other people

At the moment we allow the user to post hints to their wall that they like some of their friends. We have a list of approximately 20 other ideas for improving the viral aspect which we are shortlisting as we speak. I'll take the opportunity

I think it depends on who you are and what you want from the web? E.g. I've just spent three years finishing a masters and being able to bookmark hundreds of articles which I used for research was invaluable. Sure, you bookmark in your brow

Thanks. Yes, we are discussing the term "network" between ourselves currently since its quite a prominent issue in the feedback. We are also discussing the home page layout/functionality in terms of the three icons.
