This article made me think of one trend I see in software nowadays is the loss of the file/save/open mechanism. I want to say Apple popularized this. at least Apple was the only company I know of published the HIG which encouraged

As ChatGPT/OpenAI’s products grow in popularity so will its value to hackers. I have no doubt people using GPT are discussing sensitive details about operations of their business/personal lives with it. So OpenAI should take cyber

Could Airbus replace the side stick with a $100 pc gaming joystick as well? Is there a follow up article to this? Perhaps longevity, dependability and precision of the encoders is what sets $30 from $38k apart. Or maybe not.

I’m torn on the “writing for robots.” On one hand you’re writing a blog for the internet and people/robots are free to do what they want with that info. But on the other hand, I’ve written technical training documents on niche topics.

Thanks for the links. I’m currently using monitor control but I’d like to be able to adjust brightness and other things from my Stream Deck (which has essentially replaced MacOS dock). So lunar was the only solution that offered a CLI.

Whois lookup shows administrator contact as Dish Network. My guess is a streaming service? Was not a happy Blockbuster customer so I’ll never do business with them no matter if it’s just the name. That name is soiled in my eyes.
