I use a pot in a pot for 12 minutes and it's ok. I use those stacking metal pots you can get at an Indian food market. I also have an old rice cooker. The convience of the instant pot is I can set a 30 minute delay to soak the rice.

US minimum wage has not increased since 2009 and is $7.50. How many people in the private sector are at the same job for 14 years with no pay increases. Minimum wage at a minimum should be tied to inflation and I think $15 an hour increase
