Some communities seem to act like magnets for trolls and abusive behavior. I use evercookies on one of my websites to keep the trolls out. Works tremendously well. It has allowed the community there to really flourish, absent petty personal

The iPhone doesn't need to get any smaller, and the display won't need any more increases in resolution. That's practically it's only noticeable physical feature. Anything they add to it at this point will be hard to notice unless it adds s

No, it's useful . It means that with N upvotes, N people agree with the comment. That gives a great indicator as to whether or not the video is worth my time. The comment could have easily said that the video is a waste of time, which wo

Things to consider: It's better to gain traction on one platform than to languish on multiple platforms. Android and iOS have two very different userbases; I hear that iOS seems to include more people willing to pay for software than Andr

Many people who have an iPad will also have an iPhone, at which point they'd be more likely to use the iPhone for photos. (Many, not all, maybe not even most. But many.)

This is why I hope Steve Jobs continues to drive Apple for years to come. He presses forward relentlessly, driving the user experience forward, even when the competition can't come close. No one else has been able to match the original iP
