I would add flossing on a daily basis to the list. In between every single teeth - I missed that part when I was in my 20’s and now have bone loss in my jaw due to gum disease. Also why most old people loose teeth at some point.

Are you sure it was 100% monkfruit extract? A lot of the “monkfruit extract” products out there also include other stuff like xylitol or stevia which also gives me stomach issues. 100% monkfruit extract has not given me issues though.
