Surprised no one mentioned this yet - go look up Myers-Briggs. It's a personality test that gives you a type indicator... very useful for entrepreneurs to know your type and your co-founder's type etc. It deals with extraversion/intravers

I like the idea, but I'm concerned about paying up front for a style-based product that I haven't seen yet. For example, this kind of thing has been done successfully with wine, but I'm fairly certain I'll like the wine no matter what they

I'm a 20-something without children, and I completely agree with privacy and not controlling your child's life, but I wonder how you would respond to the issue of internet predators. Children without oversight HAVE talked with predators on

Sounds like you've already answered your own question - you don't like where you are, so you should be looking for somewhere else. If you can get a job somewhere else that you like better, take it. If you can't, stay with what you have now

If you just need someone to be the "face" of the company, you could consider finding a business or legal person to come on board just for incorporating and managing. Offer them some small-ish equity in return.

Reasons to incorporate include 1. limiting your liability and 2. establishing a formal agreement between you and your friends. First, if someone were to sue your company and you weren't incorporated (LLC, C-Corp, etc.) then they would be s

IANAL either, but... While a company's logo may be under trademark or simply copyright protection, you still have a legal "Fair Use" right to use the logo for the purpose of identifying or describing the company. Most often, this is what lo
