I am unsure if this really would work legally, let alone stopping a licensor from demanding money from you in the first place. Does is really matter where the image is served from? If its displayed on your website, does it really matter if

Not legaly liable, but the "court of popular opinion" cares very little about facts, details, or legal entities.

And just to add to your point: an European with the same level of knowledge and curiosity (me, an overweight unhealthy European) would not think a PBJ is healthy at all. For me, at least the PB and the J sound like „basically pure sugar“. W

I may be failing to understand the protocol here, but the thing it returns for a weather request is intented to be ingested by an LLM, which then uses that information to reply to a user, right? Whats the benefit of adding CSS styling, or

I may be using the terms incorrect, but in my understanding the pngtuber/vtuber is "the person doing the streaming/video", while the "avatar" refers to their representation in video. So saying "pngtuber is

I cannot believe I’m saying that, but: for apple that’s rather cheap. Threadripper boxes with that amount of memory do not come a lot cheaper. Considering what apples pricing when it comes to memory in other devices, 4K for the 96GB to 512G

Should be closer to 50%. You hit a lot of limits way before that (sadly). A simple run of napkin math gives 3.7M net from 7M gross. 70k gross nets 43k, 700k gross nets 380k. I would assume 7M gives you more motivation to invest into reduci

What numbers are you using for your COL comparison? Because each time I tried to compare these - to get a feel of what the same standard of living would cost me in North America - I always came up with about 1.7-2x at least ( ignoring the v

I think comparing it is reasonable and valid. Equaling it would be incorrect. What Meta is (allegedly, likely) doing here is several orders of magnitude worse, in scale and intention. I'd say both ethical and probably juristical. But j

I cannot compare the performance with other cards, but it takes a few seconds for SDXL images (e.g. 1024x512) as long as it doesn’t run OOM. I use a fork of the stable diffusion webui [0] which, for me, handled memory better. Setup was rela

I figure that list is only what’s officially supported, meaning things not on that list may or may not work?. For example, my 6800 XT runs stable diffusion just fine on Linux with PyTorch ROCm.

As someone who recently bought a bambu printer, I have to agree: I am not surprised. Still disappointed, but in no way surprised. The "apple experience" is why I went for a bambu device (along with the price, and some excellent r

Yeah, the underground belts in the first and fourth row look odd, I currently don’t see a reason why the couldn’t be replaced by simple belts, which would be somewhat cheaper. Maybe that’s an additional UPS optimization applied in that desi

But is the issue really the app itself? Or that not a symptom of a larger problem, or even multiple problems, we face, seemingly now more than ever before? I don’t want to say „banning TikTok is wrong“, I honestly do not know. But I don’t t

I was wondering on how Stockfish encodes the destination and origin square in 5 bits each. I think they don't, at least the code on github uses 6 bits each, which actually gives you 64 possible values, so works out fine: https:/&
