Surprised at the negative comments already. I'm not sure half of the commenters use React on a daily basis. I've re-written these same hooks in various ways, as well as used ones written by others. This look great to me, personall

It's for all kinds of sites lately. The uBlacklist extension has solved it for me - one click and you can remove an entire domain from future results.

This is really cool! Seems like a good start. If you're looking for suggestions, I'd like to be able to choose background and foreground colors as well as use a larger paintbrush. Maybe the tool could use different ascii character

I feel like you could go more into depth to defend your assertion "no memo is not an option." As someone who has spent hours on jsperf back in the day -- my apps feel blazing fast already. Many devs I know also don't use memo

I want to give mine too, because I really appreciate how well it works for me. I built a Chrome extension and it runs fine on Firefox with 0 changes since Firefox supports the exact same browser APIs. When I was developing with Chrome, I ha

I always mocked out 3rd party tests in my tests. I've never actually had a problem with some third party changing their API. That's the whole point of a versioned API anyway. I think when people talk about e2e tests, it's mor

The reason for masks always has been to flatten the curve. The hospitals are too full for everyone just to get it and get it over with, so people without COVID can't get medical help. Right now, the CDC recommends everyone older than 2

I advocate for lots of short-lived branches, and use something like Git's Pull-Request process to do peer-review. He knocks GitFlow which is something else entirely IMO where you have long-lived branches that never get deleted. If you&
