I like making things but I don’t like the diy aesthetic. So I make more refined “products”. One that I’ve turned into a side business is making highly crafted wordclocks[0]. I’ve only sold a few, but enough to cover the cost of a cnc and ot

My full time job is still traditional, but I’ve been wondering if my could turn my side project[0] making high end wordclocks into a full time gig. If I did that, I’d probably diversify my products to other tech-meets-art designs. [0] www.f

Ditto YNAB and minimalist shoes. I like my Merrill’s. But I think they look silly. I tried Xero first. They were great but Swedish quality. I’m thinking I’d trying Lems next.

Essentially just a Thin robust, Rubber sole. No padding, no shock absorbing. It’s pretty close to walking barefoot. I switched to minimalist shoes 3 years ago and it has dramatically improved my life.

Thanks! I guess I just made a place that I’d want to work at. It turns out that f you hire smart people they just figure out what needs to get done. No sense in micromanaging them. On the other hand I only had limited experiences working at
