Essentially just a Thin robust, Rubber sole. No padding, no shock absorbing. It’s pretty close to walking barefoot. I switched to minimalist shoes 3 years ago

Essentially just a Thin robust, Rubber sole. No padding, no shock absorbing. It’s pretty close to walking barefoot. I switched to minimalist shoes 3 years ago and it has dramatically improved my life.
