I live in a place where it rains all the time and the driest month in terms of humidity is 80%, sometimes if I can’t hang things outside clothes take so long to dry inside that I end up having to wash them again because they start to smell

Yes I have thru axles on my road bike. I much prefer them to QRs because now I can change a tube and put the wheel back in and not have to worry about rubbing brakes.

I moved jobs from a job with 100% WFH allowed to another one with 100% WFH allowed. Luckily I live 15 minutes door-to-door on the bus away so I’ve been going in for not even a full day once per week. I do now think it’s nice to see people,

I don’t even know how I’d get back into piracy. I used to have a seed box, accounts on all the big trackers, then it just became less hassle to sign up to streaming services and I let it all lapse kind of regretting it now

When not used to excess it's kind of shit honestly. When I was still relatively new to being clean I had a couple of relapses and each time I would just spend the whole time puking and scratching myself raw, and once I'd run out a

Where do you get the idea I am on the side of a terrorist group? I mentioned loyalist terrorists because although I don't consider myself as belonging to either side, my grandmother was staunchly British and therefore I know more about

Have you ever been to Northern Ireland? This comment is so misinformed. You say widespread, most people don’t care anymore. It is only in the incredibly deprived estates that this matters anymore, and even then it’s mostly loyalist drug dea

The rabid intensity with which the tories are trying to remove any link to EU makes me nervous the government will push through with this, simply for ideological reasons rather than any link with reality. To be fair, that would apply for lo

My sport is cycling, when I started on keto my power metrics jumped up, from an FTP of about 220 W in August 2021 to currently 276 W, where it's plateaued for the last few months. My legs are also visibly much bigger and harder. I get

With Di2 it kind of does the same thing, when your battery is getting low the front derailleur will stop working. Not sure how many shifts that leaves you at the back though so you might still be in trouble if you’re far from home.

I just installed the same version on my bike six weeks ago. For me the best thing is 100% reliable and fast front derailleur shifts. I’m pretty good at setting up a rear derailleur, but no matter how much I fiddled I could never get a cable

Yes, but it’s anti-consumer bullshit from Shimano. They are making Hammerhead remove Di2 functionality because Hammerhead was recently bought by SRAM, the other big player in the bicycle component market, who make their own electronic group

Wrap a ring of electrical tape at the point where the seat post enters the clamp. Not saying the bike in the article is a good idea but the electrical tape trick is useful to help you find your saddle height again easily.
