That's going to be a very long list, but of the top of my head: 1. Much easier repairs since all schematics are known in advance. 2. Price. A lot of the price of the modems comes from licensing fees as others have already noted. 3. Int

Yes, that’s a very good idea. Tell your manager you’ll need a lab(even if just an empty space) for you to continue working if hot desking is introduced. Might be just my anecdotal data, but a lot of these things come down to does your manag

It's not a serious option for live public sites. Running your own grafana, gitlab, postgres, etc. is perfectly viable and I've been doing it for years now.

On that note for anyone interested in the economics(and working in general) of nuclear energy check out the Illinois Energy youtube channel. Here's a quiz video of theirs: https://youtu.be/c1QmB5bW_WQ?t=41

Well, the site clearly states "All listed jobs are for a maximum of 32 hours per week" so I'm guessing you can spread that in a flexible manner at least for some of these companies.

One thing is certain: history jumps or crawls, never walks. So don't expect smooth up or down trend lines. The other phenomenon we've seen be fairly persistent on the internet is that successful decentralized systems may go in
