We're only enabling those startups that already qualify for the R&D tax credit to much more easily, and cheaply, claim it. We've seen accountants charge customers up to 25% of the credit obtained, and we think we can help.

2 things are new: - Before, you could only offset your corporate income taxes, so you couldn't claim the credit if you weren't profitable (because you wouldn't have corporate income taxes). Now, you can offset social security

I wouldn't have suspected the Kindle touch screen to be sensitive enough for this kind of technology. I also didn't suspect that there was a whole category of Kindle content I had never heard of. Now I feel stupid.

Mainly, we're file-based and we mirror all file mgmt operations on your computer. So you always have your content with you. And any offline edits (to your SocialFolders Google Docs for example) is applied online as soon as you reconnect. An

Actually we have! We're in contact with Jaisen Mathai to integrate the OpenPhoto project ASAP. Thanks for the feedback we're going to integrate easy folder sharing as soon as humanly can! :)
