I just spend the last 30 minutes to learn enough Ruby to pass the test. There are many ways to do this to get it to pass. Thank heavens for modulo, however.

Is Facebook not hiring some of the most talented developers in the industry? This is a ridiculous mistake that should have been tested for prior to production.

That sounds great but dying doesn't leave you with a lot of energy to do these things for long.

Absolutely! Like I'd posit that many of us learnt Chess from an adult. Not many kids pick this up themselves, without an initial introduction. I think another issue is that we expect parents to be able to introduce kids to advanced topics.

I would seriously have loved doing proofs in high school. I doubt it occurred to any of our teachers, or if they had any understanding of this themselves. Now, my math skills are highly lacking due to dropping the subject too early and I wo

I flew from Spain to Morocco with RyanAir, the hassle was so great (getting a bus an hour out of the city), and the pilot seemed to be in training considering how the wings were waggling on approach to land (no wind). Never flown again with

Is that also a matter of marketing? I love printed photos, and have recently starting printing photos books - amazing christmas presents for a start. I grew up looking through our family albums and I want my kids to have the same experience

Is the women's market limited to clothing and jewelry? You might also say the same about the men's clothing and jewelry market: not so many start-ups on those either.

I do disagree with your 'you can be an asshole %X more if you are getting results'. In fact I would consider being an asshole indicative of not getting results as it can alienate your co-workers (and boss!).

I appreciate a new employee making suggestions as to how we can streamline processes, make documentation better, get up later and do the same amount of work.. don't underestimate how valuable it is to have a fresh pair of eyes.

For designers working with css, going to the command line can be daunting. So you could wrap this in a nice app on the dock or the menu bar, and maybe you'd like a couple of euro for your time and writing some support documentation..

Is this some kind of cat&mouse game from within Apple? Whoever is approving these apps must know what is going to happen. While it must be stressful for the app owner, as a spectator it's amusing (and granted, it's an issue I'm not affe

I would donate to your ACLU legal action against FB. I am consistently editing myself on FB, even in private groups, because of a sinking suspicion that with a flick-of-a-switch it can all be public.
