Outside of code, I don't think there is anything with making mistakes. It's a path towards progress, learning, and growth. It is important that you figure out why the mistake was made, and how to not recreate it in the future.

Echo all of the resources jkuria posted, plus 'Influence' is a must read. I'll be releasing a Sales 101 online course soon that's aimed at developers shortly if you're interested.

I'm biased (employed by one) but I would recommend looking at a coding bootcamp like App Academy [1] www.appacademy.io

I lost over 50 pounds in the last 18 months, so very much the case. Plus a couple very expensive pieces that should last for life.

Thanks for submitting this - it actually inspired me to compile numbers for my 2017. The results were scary. * $22k on student loans (good expense, I'm done with them now) * $29k on rent (studio in SF, moving in with roommate this mont

How to code (JS). Coming from a business/sales background, I'd love to have the ability to build my ideas.

Do you want him to write the code for you too? It looks like an app from the 90's. There is zero design. If you want people to use it, you have to sell them on the idea of WHY and HOW they'll benefit. If you aren't willing to

Yeah, was definitely interesting to see that. That's exactly the intended focus. Essentially a crash course for tech founders to start selling in their early days.

As a sales leader and consultant, I kept being asked to offer weekly personalized sales coaching for technical founders. I launched it a few weeks ago and so far it's been pretty great for both parties. Being able to sit down on a week
