Are there any interesting startups in Detroit now? Visited recently and I love the city, I'm curious if there's a decent tech scene.

Ironic that you'd throw such an insult as an anonymous internet commenter. He's actually a great guy to chat with.

Could you point me to some decent reading on the subject? I've asked around a bit but it's not really something that people like to talk about.

Happy to see Dan's company doing well. I was CTO at a HyperDrive startup and Dan helped me on a number of occasions with our process. Very talented and intelligent guy.

Thank you for this story. I feel that the average person would have more empathy for the poor if they've ever experienced this type of situation. Happy to hear that there was light at the end of the tunnel.

Agh, I guess. But orientated sounds terrible.

I may be wrong, but I recall that the first Arcade Fire LP (Funeral) was recorded very cheaply. It's a very unique sounding record, in a good way.

I've been thinking about it, and this may not be it. It sounds like he already has a relationship with this publisher for domestic publishing.

I feel the same way. Most of the people in this thread who oppose the leaks appear to be American citizens. I feel that we Canadians have a right to know how US policy is affecting our country behind closed doors.

It depends on the model you`re wearing. The Flow is waterproof, and the KSO Trek is made of leather. I wore the latter every day while running in the snow last winter in Southern Ontario.

To be fair, I'm sure that the cyclists find the cars on highway 9 to be equally frustrating, especially when they're being treated like they don't belong there.

That is awesome -- it's almost unfathomable to your average commuter that the journey itself can be even better than what awaits one at the destination. Getting soaked on the way to work can be a pain, but if one just carries a rain suit i
