As someone that ended up implementing something very similar to TFA, I'd like to ask in which way can you pass errors from 3 layers deep in your stack to the top layer and maintain context? Ie, when I can't find cred.json I want t

Maybe I'm misunderstanding you when you argue against desktop environments and wlroots compositors having "solid" wayland implementations due to not working under nvidia cards. If that's the case I might argue that you c

It does matter, because one post before you felt entitled to put the blame on the protocol. Nuance is pretty important when you take into account the difference in amount of resources available to the two groups.

I wonder why you'd imagine that ergonomic input devices would solve a problem with your seating arrangement? I think generally they solve issues that are left after posture has been fixed.

Yes, it does: set hint.mode numbers. I don't remember if it's explained anywhere that once hinting is started you can filter based on link text, alt text, or a couple of other textual representations for clickable elements.

Yeah, I would call that a centrist party. To me the "right" includes trampling on individual and social freedoms. But maybe I've been brainwashed by American politics.

There's quite a large difference between us all knowing something and it being proven to a degree to make a national level decision on it.

I created a library for Go that includes retry mechanisms. I wouldn't call it an alternative, but it can be used to do similar things: https://pkg.go.dev/git.sr.ht/~mariusor/ssm#example-Retry

I think the only lesson that Democrats can learn from the past three elections is that women have no chance at presidency. If anything, as an outsider, the campaign Harris led, seemed to reach vastly more people than Biden's.
