After I finished the two Frank Kittridge novels from S.J. Morden I was surprised I haven't heard of him until now. They start as a "The Martian" cribbed story, but the development arc takes in better places. It was less geek&

I did jump through the hoops every year and it's mostly fine, a 20m form filling exercise. I only had to explain one time that my project was still ongoing despite having a lot of seemingly automated commits.

I'm pretty sure they have an adblocker in Qutebrowser. It might need some additional dependencies installed.

This happened to my company a couple of months ago, and this was in Europe. As anecdata the managers implementing this forced RTO with "just quit if you don't like it" as an option were all Amazon alumni.

The current 10inch devices are quite expensive, you can imagine what a 14inch color e-ink screen would be at almost twice the surface size.

Building dams and dykes is not new engineering. Maybe the scale of covering enough of the shore lines with them will be challenging, but it will probably be less disruptive than having to displace the 190M people the abstract cites.

The Sailfish OS phones are in some use, and they've been running full blown linux since 2013.

Funny you mentioned playerctl. Due to the fact that over time its scope expanded from a simple MPRIS based control application, into a full blown library with various unneeded (by me) features. Therefore as a starting point for the scrobble

If linux people are interested in using listenbrainz and can't find a player with plugin for it (usually media players ignore it in favour of last.fm) I developed a generic scrobbler daemon that works well with it (also with libre.fm a

I'm not sure what you meant when you said "without JS". To actually use templates you need JS. Yes you can declare them, but what's the point?

Where is this "alleged" though? From one of the paragraphs behind my link: > This won't appear in your page until you grab a reference to it with JavaScript and then append it to the DOM

The consumer artifact for a game developed for a platform is a binary that can run natively on that platform. Regarding games, that is a binary that targets the ubuntu based Steam Linux Runtime. That's what I meant when I said that dev

I can think of one thing, which might not be what parent meant: the incentive of developing for linux, or paying porters like icculus and flibitijibibo to build a native version goes out the window, and the need for their kind of craft goes
