   Almost all US regional newspaper websites are blocking access from EU. Many other US sites as well but luckily most of them they just don't care to comply or enable geo fencing.

   I agree, Kim is the puppet master here. Everyone else is just an actor. My opinion is he wants to start mining and selling its huge amount of rare earth minerals with the sanctions lifted. I'm not sure at all he's really interest
