I‘ve accidentally left my AirPods Pro in a safe in a hotel, and forgot about them. Over the next days I tried to get them back, but reception claimed that nobody has them. Now the Find My app reports them in a small town near where I „lost“

Interesting that multiplayer works well, I thought anti cheat guards would prevent this in many games running on Proton.

I‘ve had a platform lead constantly try ransoming small refactorings into feature PRs, because he found out that’s the only way of achieving continuous architectural improvements. (Medical product, so the process was rigid)

Since you seem knowledgeable, what do you think of the idea of blocks in lymph, eg through scar tissue or infections, which might need extra massage? Is there something to this?

That might set you up for overtraining. If your ability to regenerate is good/fast enough, it might work. Measuring heart rate variability is a good indicator for when you’re ready for more exercise.

Lymphatic massage should help. It has helped my recurring ear issues tremendously, and is actually quick and easy to do. There are plenty of YouTube videos out there, some for the whole body and some for the face/neck area. Here is a s

I‘m taking creatine every day, and think it’s great for various reasons. Do you think it has an affect on sleep quality itself, or does it just improve things during the day?

This mechanism sounds like it could have a strong nootropic effect for everyone not having totally ideal sleep. Whenever I sleep badly, or not long enough for some days in a row, my cognitive performance deteriorates rather quickly. Suppose

How is your circadian rhythm? In bed before 10, low lights at night, bright light in the morning? Some interesting observational studies around circadian rhythm in colorectal, as you may have seen already.

> Whatever, async/await is no replacement for parallel programming with threads. It is a different beast. Have you missed Tasks and Task Groups as well? And Actors? For now, they are an abstraction over threads, and IMO a good one.

You can cleanly divide by 1000 and you get exactly the capacity of a 16“ MacBook Pro. So you‘d need a 350 Watt charger (ca like a vacuum cleaner) to charge that MBPro in 9 minutes, if it supported that kind of throughput. Such a charger mig

Reparations were in the same order of magnitude as debt. In the end, it was 100-120B marks in debt vs 121B reparations (after reductions). Hard to find definitive numbers on debt as there are only estimations out there. https://2
