Your definition of sabotage is quite broad and creative. There is no damage to the hardware. The driver is simply not operating with hardware that Prolific didn’t get paid to support.

It is beneficial for their chips: the driver will work exactly as advertised and tested. The drivers do not break clones on purpose, the drivers simply don’t enable clones to work. Write your own driver if you want to use the clones. It is

How many fires did it take to learn lessons about dispensing, storing and carrying petrol? We’re quite happy with ships have huge reserves of flammable liquids (“fuel”) so why are batteries such a concern? Gas (methane, LPG, etc) doesn’t ge

I don’t think it’s fair or reasonable to hire someone to help produce documentaries and then expect them to produce “ow my balls”. I don’t think it’s fair or reasonable to hire someone to produce web sites in Flask/Vuex and then expect

Someone expressed a problem they have which having a map helps them with, the reply was that people who need maps are lazy (despite the existence of maps suggesting that needing them is endemic to human existence). Whose experience am I tri

Minors would end up seeing the same “sort by new” version of the site that everyone who sorts by new instead of hot/rising/popular/etc will see.

This won’t ban minors from the Internet, it will go a long way to helping avoid bad habits like catching up on social media turning into a three hour binge.

Yet here I am deliberately avoiding the features that Minnesota wants to ban. There is nothing hamfisted and misguided about this, the point is simply to ban the social media equivalent of casinos where the entire point of certain features

Just because you don’t have the problem doesn’t mean you should trivialise someone else’s experience. How rude. Try listening more, and hold back from telling people how to solve problems they didn’t ask for help solving.
