   I really think it comes down to this. Empathy is so important. Unfortunately, it doesn't come natural to some. Also, sometimes, its not worth bringing up issues - someone could really just be having a bad day.

   I prefer the smaller form factor. I'd like to move to a more secure/privacy conscious OS, so I am thinking about switching to this iPhone. Currently using a Pixel 3, I like the phone and well embedded in Google's ecosystem. W

   I feel like you've hit the nail on the head. I remember growing up; I'd have long conversations on the landline and it never really felt burdensome. With Zoom, Facetime etc, it's hard to gauge who's talking to who. Side

   The unfortunate reality is that most users don't care for security. Google can continue to get away with only 3 years support of security updates. Another reason why I am considering going back to an iPhone.
