I think most 2 car households could have a full EV and a hybrid combination and basically never use gas throughout the year. We moved to 2 full EVs and have no problems getting anywhere (Texas to Wyoming to Illinois and back was easy)

Texas could be a good example that is ramping up more battery usage without having massive energy prices. Granted the energy system in Texas needs other changes (feb 2021 winter storm for instance!) but it could end up being a good template

I think you may be misunderstanding the design here. The transaction for initiating the job is only for queuing. The dequeue and execution of the job happens in a separate process. The example on the home page makes this clear where a user

This is likely how most charging stations with this power requirement will work too. They will have on-site batteries that are charged at a slower rate to help increase the overall charge speed. Charging stations aren't used 24/7

I definitely agree with this, though it seems like the EU has stricter standards on a lot of chemicals (like dyes and such). I really wish a movement would pick up to start fixing this.
