   no, they did not control for these variables you mention. Most interviews start with a phone screen. I am betting most asians dont pass the phone screen since the recruiters have difficulty understanding the asian candidates over the phone.

   precision touchpads are useless if the software doesnt support it. the trackpad in the surface pro is not very smooth when scrolling in chrome.

   cloud computing will be dead when organic computers come online. a single organic computer will be able to process more computations than all the computers on the planet in a thousand years.
