Indeed it is not meant to be any kind of business justification - I clearly cannot comment your business and its needs :) In my experience of moving applications to the cloud, there are always folks who don't believe there is any gain

I used to run a single EC2 box for each server in the arch. Config management was ansible/salt scripts which bootstrapped a server and it as an AMI. They were then deployed by ASG. A python script glued it all together. Nowadays we do

I think the vast majority would take the term "waterfall" to mean "specifying software upfront before starting the build". I don't think it really has anything to do with gravity.

I think you are over-intellectualising the experience of the vast majority. It's a drink. It tastes good. You learn about wine (like most things) through practice.

A quick and dirty hack for this in Chrome: - Right-click > Inspect on the menu bar - Move over the DOM nodes until the header is highlighted correctly - Hit backspace - Use delete if you were overzealous in your deleting
