For me, since I'm a solo developer, I use a combination of Trello, notion and even just plain note pad. Trello helps you get an overview of the stages your projects are at. Notion helps you plan them out. And note pads and sticky note

I tried this out when you had posted on IndieHackers, and it's a nice alternative to pomodoro, and maybe even better since it doesn't have fixed limits and the timer changes based on how productive you've been!

I like how it lets you create digital cards and easily send it to others. Also as a suggestion, it would be great if there would be an option to get the cards printed and delivered to whoever you want to give them to! Congrats on the launch
