This would overwrite any other classes as well, which might be fine if you don’t have any but could lead to bugs later on if you forget about this behavior. I don’t really think the point brought up by the other commenters is an issue. If t

I want to add a suggestion to the hotkey shortcuts section: I use the Chrome/Firefox addon SurfingKeys [0] with my own configuration [1] in which I’ve added search engine auto-suggestions for just over 50 sites. So, for example, to sta

It would certainly be nice, but I wouldn’t call that the easy route. Creating a new shell that’s fully backwards compatible with the monstrosity that is Bash sounds like a massive undertaking. POSIX or the Bourne shell is probably an easier

If there’s an unhandled exception (or even a log message) in your JavaScript, you can click on it in the console and go straight to the source line, set a breakpoint and reload or re-trigger the code, and now you’ve got a fully interactive

Bash is ugly and rife with pitfalls, but it can be incredibly productive for certain classes of problems if you know what you’re doing. Trying to use Python or Go to whack some external commands together feels very cumbersome to me. For pur

I don’t understand your comment. Firefox and Chrome both have actual debuggers as well, but many times console.log is a faster way. What are the deficiencies you speak of?

If they didn’t want to use passwords to avoid support calls, they could have sent one-time login codes to the phone number or email address associated with the account. Or literally anything other than neglecting security altogether.

I bought a 5700XT back when it was first released. It would crash my entire system randomly, it was so bad I had to shelve it for a while and put my old GPU back in. It took a good few months for the amdgpu driver to work out the kinks, but
