Show me a 25 year master in web technologies. I'm basing it on personal experience of having grown a company from nothing without funding to an enterprise carrying over £1bn of client commerce in 6 years. But what would I know. Oh, and 100%

The best hires are fresh CS/maths grads with little commercial experience and a burning desire to learn. All you have to do is provide an environment in which they can, provide a raise as and when they "level up", provide infinite caffeine,

It's nice that you say it works in all major browsers, but the mobile support is poor. No chrome. Short-sighted... Mobile is growing at a crazy rate in ecommerce.

Not "doing a meme", making a point. There are arguments for fracking from both sides - unfortunately the pro side takes a very short term view, and the con side takes a long term view. The length of politicians' terms fundamentally shape

Fracking is a topic fraught with controversy, and the issues are indeed complicated. If by fracking you're talking about that wonderful process that extracts that bountiful nectar of progress deep from within our mother earth, creating jobs

Of course, when they first started censoring CP, plenty went, "Well, yes, it's abhorrent, but what about the slippery slope?", and got shouted down by our government, the press, and peers, who all said words to the effect of "Don't be ridic

Pretty, but it's a shame that there are a few inconsistencies in the data. The most glaring one is that they have users in the Vatican City, but apparently no visitors from there. There are two other things that don't quite add up that I've

Job interviews are horseshit. I've been on both sides of the table, usually the hiring side. I've encountered people who excel at interview, and turn out to be useless. Conversely, I've encountered people who are horrible in interview, an

Of course I did, but standardised tests, particularly in the US, do little other than teach people how to game multiple choice, and pass tests. Life isn't about passing tests, it's about learning.

Oh, I agree, but I'm just incredibly bitter and cynical, and I don't believe the institutions which run the show are capable of change from within. I hope to high hell that I'm wrong.
