MIT grant overhead is definitely less than north of 70%. https://ras.mit.edu/facilities-and-administrative-fa-rates says 59%.

Thanks! If you have a calculations workflow already, what would the contrast ratios (even if approximate) be for old iOS? To a human eye it truly looks like SMS got way worse whereas iMessage stayed around the same.

They deliberately reduced the contrast. Compare iOS 5 when iMessage came out: https://cdn.arstechnica.net/wp-content/uploads/archive/09-27... and now: https://images.macworld.co.uk/cmsdata

Combine that with the fact that many states have made direct-to-consumer sales illegal [1]. Pure rent-seeking and regulatory capture from dealerships. Similar with hospitals: certificate of need laws [2] mean that you need to go to your dir

Small correction: Mullvad gave you 5 ports per account that you could assign (per VPN server city) to any of your 5 public keys in an arbitrary manner. E.g. 3 for one + 2 for another.

Nice! Another alternative is to use a different protocol, i.e., instead of using DNS over 53/udp, use dnscrypt (ports 443 TCP/UDP) via something like dnscrypt-proxy. This has an additional benefit of not leaking your DNS queries t
