The former prime minister of Norway was recently detained at the border for previously having visited Iran. Think about that, prime minister of a NATO allied country. The border rules (even before Trump) are whack.

So basically they just add a button on the already obnoxious banner on top of the page? This article also claims that the speedup is partly due to loading the content in a hidden iframe on the search results page. So it's potentially u

This has nothing to do with "angry taxi drivers". This is about making "the innocent people traveling" feel as stuck as the innocent people affected by Trumps order.

When I freedive, I'm often weighted so that I'm neutral buoyant at -10m. So the last 10 meters I will start to float upwards, and thus go faster. But that's not the issue here. It's the pressure difference when ascending

Time in the market is better than trying to time the market. How long until next crash? When is the crash over and things start to climb again? You cannot know before after the fact, so it ends up being a big gamble. I'd say invest now

What I described above is called a BTV. This sounds like a Frenzel, which is the one most experienced freedivers use. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ear_clearing

Sounds like voluntary opening of the eustachian tubes, also called BTV in freediving. See https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ear_clearing

If it's the same thing I can do, it's very useful. I can "pop" my ears voluntarily, which is nice when freediving.

Yup, that's a big part of the "getting things done" (GTD) mindset. Write down small, actionable tasks that can be completed. Not fluffy goals.

Don't think one can be too active with these ones, though. Looks like shaking your head will make them fall out. No silicon that shapes it to the ear, no over-ear stuff or anything that should make it sit.
