I had the same thought... And not just about point 3. All of these seems complex points with no absolute answer, as not every database really needs to scale up to several terabytes... Sometimes the reported "advices" might be usef

Guys, are you sure about this? Mailchimp subscribers and Mandrill users are not the same thing... Otherwise the Mailchimp cost would skyrocket, as they charge users in terms of subscribers amount

Isn't this more or less similar to what happens when developing in Java on Eclipse? To my knowledge, Eclipse does exactly the same thing: it compiles the code in real time, it loads the AST in memory and then it uses it to provide you
